A passion for fashion

I have always loved fashion and beauty.

From a very young age I decided that I wanted to make the best of what I had been born with, and just devoured fashion and beauty tips to enhance my good bits and camouflage the bad ones! I also enjoyed acting, dressing up and performing. So all combined, appearance, attention to detail and a love of occasion have always been high on my list.

As I developed my career in broadcasting there were many opportunities to ‘dress up’, and I’ve always taken the view that when you are broadcasting you are essentially entertaining, and have an obligation to do just that, to surprise and delight your audience with your appearance and performance.

So I never miss an opportunity to get my glad rags on. It’s absolutely not about spending lots of money, as I shall show you with future posts, but about finding a joy in what you wear and how you present yourself. From chatting to viewers on QVC to meeting His Majesty the King, there is an outfit and a story for every occasion.
